Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator looking to work within the Property sector! Would you like to be part of an Award-winning nationwide company? Located in Basingstoke, Mears Housing Management are looking to recruit an Administrator.
About the Division - Mears Key Worker houses key Government staff by sourcing and maintaining suitable rental properties through the private rental market. The Moveout, Renewals & Dilapidations team coordinate rent reviews, end of tenancy arrangements & claims for property dilapidations in liaison with Lettings Agents, Landlords & Occupants during and at the end of tenancies. If you like problem solving and providing a great service and you are interested in developing a career in the property market, this is a great opportunity.
About the Role
As an Administrator within our Basingstoke branch, the main duties be to take ownership of managing the administration of our tenancy deposits we pay to landlord & letting agents, beginning to end, whilst providing wider support to our Move Out, Renewals & Dilapidations Teams on a day to day basis. A basic understanding of legislation surrounding tenancy deposits and schemes in the lettings industry would be beneficial but not essential
Role Criteria
