Salary: £42,330.54 per annum + company van, fuel card, and benefits package

About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Tower Hamlets, working in partnership with the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. You’ll oversee the delivery of planned and responsive works to void properties ensuring works are completed to high standards of quality, safety, and customer care.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational oversight, excellent communication, and a commitment to service excellence. You’ll manage trades and subcontractors, carry out inspections, and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
