16yrs – 17yrs: £7.71ph
Over 18yrs: £10.71ph
Over 21yrs: £12.21ph

About the role
During your apprenticeship within the Enfield branch, you will be part of the Housing and Welfare team. The main duties will be supporting the team with general administration role. To listen, observe and participate in a range of tasks which will enable you gain new skills and knowledge that contribute to the successful achievement of the apprenticeship programme. The successful candidate will be learning about commercial side, reconciliation, laws, invoicing, contractual and supply agreements, understanding of invoicing and invoicing reconciliation. In a position to set up utilities for properties we take on and resolve any queries needed. You will be involved in lots of different duties including, liaising, and communicating with stakeholders, clients and contractors, compile reports, answering queries, complaints and compliments via email or phone, undertake administrative takes such as typing up notes and attending meetings.
Role Criteria:
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
As part of the recruitment process for this role, we will carry out a Background, Identity, Security clearance & BPSS check. For these checks to be completed, we will require from you the relevant identification, including Proof of Address, References, a valid passport and proof that you have lived in the UK for the last 5 years.
