Cleaning Manager
Salary: £33,000 per year
Location: University of Cambridge
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday
We are Mears FM, a trusted partner in facilities management. Across the UK, we provide high-quality cleaning and grounds maintenance services, always putting our clients and customers first. Our work follows British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) standards and all relevant legislation, supported by our in-house BICSc trainers. We create safe, welcoming spaces all year round while helping clients achieve their sustainability goals.
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations within our Cambridge branch. The successful candidate will be to ensure that soft services and cleaning services provided to the facilities meet contract specifications and are delivered in a compliant and safe manner. The role involves working closely with teams to deliver client satisfaction, requiring frequent client interaction and motivating the workforce to consistently provide high standards of service.
