Salary up to £26,655.90 per annum plus company vehicle and fuel card
Full time – Permanent, 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday
We provide services to the University of Cambridge, maintaining and repairing their Key Worker Housing located in Eddington and properties across Cambridge. We look after over 1000 properties across Cambridge
About the Role:
We are looking for a Compliance Technician to join our team. Full training will be provided; however, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of compliance checks, including inspections of plant rooms, void areas, meter readings, water flushing, roof inspections, weekly fire alarm tests, and fire door inspections.

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
