Developer

Location: Remote

Contract: Full time – Permanent, 40hrs per week, 8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a proactive, attentive, and self‑motivated Integration Developer with a strong background in SQL Server–based integration development. Proven experience working with SQL Server and SSIS for integration development is essential, and must be demonstrated clearly in your CV.


This Integration Developer role will be a pivotal position within our team, responsible for designing, developing and maintaining integrations across a wide range of internal and external systems. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data flows are reliable, secure and fit for purpose.

The role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in SQL Server development, including T‑SQL and SSIS. They will play a crucial role in building, maintaining and improving integrations between systems and applications across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement integrations using SQL Server, T‑SQL and SSIS.
  • Develop custom components and connectors as necessary to facilitate seamless data flow between systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for integration purposes.
  • Create and maintain documentation for integrations, including design specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Implement best practices for security, scalability, and performance in integration solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to integration and API development.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

Key Criteria:

  • Proven experience working with SQL Server and SSIS for integration development is essential.
  • Knowledge of C#.NET development, including familiarity with .NET Framework would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Familiarity with API security standards and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Azure DevOps.
  • Relevant industry exposure would be beneficial.
