About the Role
We are seeking an Electrician to join our planned team to carry out electrical work on social housing properties for our Milton Keynes council contract. You will be responsible for carrying out EICRS on void and occupied properties to include but not limited to: Installing extractor fans, carrying out installations, servicing and maintenance on electrical systems and appliances in accordance with the current Edition of IET Wiring Regulations. You will correctly complete all reports to include Electrical certificates and condition reports and will be providing high levels of customer care at all times to our customers.
