We are now seeking an Electrician to join us in supporting our ongoing partnership with Orbit; now in its twelfth year providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.

Delivering a range of property services, including reactive repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance services to over 100 local authorities and housing providers nationwide including, Orbit: one of the largest housing providers in the midlands, east Anglia and the southeast.
About the Role:
As an Electrician with MPS you will be out supporting fellow trades in our domestic properties predominantly in Bexley, with occasional travel to Redhill, Medway and Croydon. Holding a full UK driving license is essential for this role and a company van and fuel card is provided for the travel.
This is a day-to-day maintenance electrician role. Carrying out repairs and answering emergency calls in tenanted properties. You'll assist with all things electrical, experience working within domestic and social housing previously would be ideal, Installing, servicing, repairing and maintaining electrical systems and appliances, in accordance with the current IET wiring regulations and completing electrical certificates and electrical condition reports.
Role Criteria:
