Full Time, Permanent 42.5 Hours per week

Salary up to £35,700 + Company Van and fuel card

Overtime available

About the role:

Due to expansion, we are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative –Carpenter to join our team.

You will have a certified core trade and complimenting this can deliver additional trade activities in support of completing Adaptation works on time and to a high standard in accordance with agreed standard operating procedures.

As a Multi Skilled Operative you will have extensive knowledge of all aspects of bathroom renovations. You need to have a keen eye for detail, be willing to work hard to complete each project on time and within budget. You need to have a professional approach to the tenants and Client.

Role Criteria:

• NVQ level1 or 2 in Carpentry
• UK full driving licence
• Previous experience in core trade of Carpentry and ideally plumbing, tilling.
• Lock smith experience.
• Working at small heights.
• Customer service experience
• IT Literate.
