Contract Type - Full Time, Permanent; 08:00-16:30, with the requirement of an out of hours rota
Salary - £33,019.00 per annum, plus Company Vehicle & Fuel card, enhanced hourly rate when on call plus great company benefits.

We deliver over 35,000 annual repairs, Void refurbishments and planned upgrades, Celtic Horizons also delivers estate services for United Welsh, including gas servicing, grounds maintenance, cleaning and facility management.
Celtic Horizons was the first wholly owned subsidiary of its kind formed by United Welsh who have entered into a partnership with Mears Group. Celtic Horizons care for over 6500 properties spanning over 11 local authority areas in South Wales.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join our team to work within a busy environment. You will be working on individual jobs, completing a planned route, completing jobs from fixing or replacing doors, painting, ceiling fixes, plastering, plumbing, any job that is required from you. Ensuring our clients receive high levels of service and satisfaction.
Role Criteria:
Extensive “on the job” experience
Trade knowledge and background
Ideally previous domestic, social housing experience
Full, clean driving licence
A qualification in a core trade, NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds equivalent would be an advantage but not essential
