About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Partnership Delivery Leader to lead our repairs maintenance, voids, energy, and planned works contract with Medway Council. This role will be responsible for managing the successful delivery or services in collaboration with our partners, ensuring high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
Through strong and visible leadership, you will effectively and consistently deliver the exceptional every day. Representing the business well, you will lead a team of operational, technical, and commercial colleagues whilst developing relationships with clients, our customers, and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing and implementing the organisation’s strategic and operational plans and using insight to drive continuous improvement. You will proactively, effectively, and competently manage and develop; your team(s), finance, operating procedures, our services whilst identifying opportunities to grow Mears overall business with the client.
