About the Role:
As a planner working with our client Cross Keys Homes, your primary responsibility is to manage jobs and appointments raised by the client. This involves ensuring that each job is scheduled appropriately, allocating the correct amount of time, and assigning the right operatives to carry out the work. The planner will closely monitor the progress of each job, identifying any additional works that may be required and ensuring these are addressed promptly. They are also responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and keeping an eye on any overdue works to maintain service standards and client satisfaction.
Key Criteria:
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
