Property Coordinator

Location:  Basingstoke – Office based

Salary up to £26,316 per annum

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm

We provide Housing Management services right across the UK. We work in partnership with Central and Local Government, registered providers, tenants, landlords and investors to find solutions for specialist housing needs for a varied ranged of service users including government employees.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for managing the move out process at the end of tenancies, including serving notice, coordinating service users and third-party appointments and returning the property and keys back to agents and landlords in a timely manner to avoid unnecessary costs.

  • Deliver an exceptional service advising and managing the service of notice, providing support to our customers and clients, managing and meeting their expectations
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various third parties to ensure move out appointments are kept and all steps are taken to ensure property is handed back to landlord with no additional charges or allocated to another occupant with minimal void periods
  • Deliver service to meet all contractual and performance targets
  • Deliver updates and escalate cases as required to ensure full resolution
  • Ensure all records are completed and kept updated to a professional standard 

Role Criteria:

  • Previous office and administration experience
  • IT Literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages especially Excel
  • Good written and verbal communicator
  • Resilience and ability to managing differing priorities
  • Good time management, planning and organisational skills
  • Someone who can use their own initiative
  • Property experience is desirable
