Property Coordinator
Location: Basingstoke – Office based
Salary up to £26,316 per annum
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
We provide Housing Management services right across the UK. We work in partnership with Central and Local Government, registered providers, tenants, landlords and investors to find solutions for specialist housing needs for a varied ranged of service users including government employees.
About the Role:
This role is responsible for managing the move out process at the end of tenancies, including serving notice, coordinating service users and third-party appointments and returning the property and keys back to agents and landlords in a timely manner to avoid unnecessary costs.
