Quantity Surveyor
Brechin – Office based
Salary up to £50,000 per annum plus £4,500 car allowance
Full time – Permanent, 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday
About the Role:
Due to a new contract win we are looking at hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Brechin. This role will be part of a regional team assisting Commercial & General Manager with commercial control & reporting on high standard commercial activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class commercial acumen, customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards. The main duties will include attending client and subcontractor meetings, working in hand with the General Manager ensuring budget and forecasting is correct, responsible for PNL for branch each month and completing invoicing for clients.
Role Criteria:

Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
