Location: Caerphilly, South Wales
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Office based, (40 hours per week)
Salary: £70,000 per annum + £4,500 car allowance, and benefits package

As the Senior Commercial Manager, you will report directly into Mears Group Manging Director with a matrix into the branch Operations Director. This role will be to lead the commercial management of the United Welsh / Celtic Horizons asset management contract, ensuring financial performance, value for money, and effective client engagement. Oversee budgeting, cost control, procurement, and reporting, while supporting strategic delivery of contract requirements, acting a key contributor to business innovation and long-term sustainability.
