MPS has been caring for residents’ homes for over 25 years. As part of the Mears Group, we offer partnership solutions and expertise in estate management and property maintenance.
Delivering a range of property services, including reactive repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance services to over 100 local authorities and housing providers nationwide.
We are now seeking a Supervisor to join us on the reactive workstream. Now in its twelfth year providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
About the Role:
As a Supervisor with MPS you will be supporting the wider team with requirements of our Housing operations, ensuring all supervisory procedures are being undertaken efficiently in compliance with Company operating procedures, deliver best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards relating to budget, profitability and resource deployment.
This is a Hybrid role with some office work and field-based work. You’ll be over seeing the reactive workstream. Dealing with major repairs and overseeing approx. 13 of our Operatives.
