Salary up to £30,000 per annum

About the Role: 

As an Administrator you will be working Crawley Council in a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. 

An Administrator within our Crawley branch. You will be Part of a local team supporting the Administration activities and requirements to our Housing operations, ensuring that all administrative procedures are being undertaken efficiently, in total compliance with Company.  

Compliance

  • Making sure the compliance percentage is met within the contract
  • Making sure KPI’S are met
  • Tenant liaison for appointments and complaints
  • Compliant management and handling

Administration

  • Making sure KPI’S are met
  • Inputting Data into the system
  • Reporting compliance figures and KPI to client
  • Scheduling and Planning in operative and subcontractors works
  • Operative and subcontract diary management

Site Visits

  • Liaising with Tenants at the property regarding compliance works
  • Liaise with the operative and client to rectify the issue to ensure everything is compliant

Role Criteria:  

  • Experience in administration role.
  • Social housing experience
  • Experience in a client facing role.  
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office  
  • Can work well in a team.  
  • Good written and verbal communication skills  
  • Good Customer Service skills
