About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Livingston to support the existing team. Responsibilities will include liaising with colleagues, assist with all recruitment needs, from candidate application, to interview, offer, security checks and new starter completion checks. You will be responsible for contacting candidates, arranging interviews, completing applications of PVG’s, obtaining references, uploading all documents onto our CRM system and any other admin tasks that may be required from you at branch.

This Administrator role is like no other, no 2 days are the same. You will be required to support in different areas and the ability to multitask is required.
