Salary: 16yrs – 17yrs: £7.71ph 40 hours per week including time at college
18yrs– 20yrs: £10.71ph – 42.5 hours per week including time at college
Over 21yrs: £12.21ph - 42.5 hours per week including time at college

As an Apprentice you will be paid above the national minimum wage and be paid for your normal working hours plus time to do your college work with the opportunity to get real life experiences such as working in people’s homes, getting involved in community projects and improving people’s lives by being customer focused.
This apprenticeship will take around 18 months to complete and result in gaining your NVQ level 3 in customer service.
About the role:
As an Apprentice Planner, you will be developing within the role guided by your mentor. The role will be based within our customer service team working from our branch in Caerphilly. One day a week is allocated to complete your college coursework and the option to work from home when completing this is available.
You will not be required to attend college; all courses are online, and assessments are submitted via a secure portal.
You will be involved in a wide range of activities including data analyst, using this information to support both complaints and compliments from the client, tenants, and residents. Attending meetings and site visits and arranging social value events with local schools and community groups.
Role Criteria:
Eager to learn and give 100%
Great Communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel, outlook, Word etc.
