We deliver over 35,000 annual repairs, Void refurbishments and planned upgrades, Celtic Horizons also delivers estate services for United Welsh, including gas servicing, grounds maintenance, cleaning and facility management.

Celtic Horizons was the first wholly owned subsidiary of its kind formed by United Welsh who have entered into a partnership with Mears Group. Celtic Horizons care for over 6500 properties spanning over 11 local authority areas in South Wales.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cleaner to join our rapidly expanding team to work within a busy environment. The role will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of communal areas in accordance with specifications required.

We are looking for motivated Cleaner who is reliable, flexible with initiative and a “can do” approach.

You will work well as a team and be willing to work at other sites in the area on occasions.

This role involves using a PDA, training will be providing for this. You will be driving in a van to and from jobs in the area. You will be carrying out general cleaning duties within properties which include floors, bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens and communal areas.

Role Criteria:

  • Previous experience of working within housing, commercial or residential cleaning
  • A full UK driving licence - Essential
  • Excellent customer relations and high personal standards.

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
