Small Repairs Technician
Cambridge – field based
Salary up to £29,000 per annum plus company vehicle and fuel card
Full time, Permanent, 40 hours per week
We provide services to the University of Cambridge, maintaining and repairing their Key Worker Housing located in Eddington and properties across Cambridge. We look after over 1000 properties across Cambridge.
About the role:
We are looking at hiring a Small Repairs Technician to join our team here in Cambridge. You will be part of a local team undertaking high standard of General repairs and refurbishment activities to commercial, residential and public buildings delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards. The main duties will be to go into void properties and complete touch ups getting the property ready for new tenants to move into.
