Full Time, Permanent, 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am – 17.00pm
Salary up to £47,000 plus company van/Fuel card/Uniform/PDA

We deliver our services to clients and customers across a variety of sectors and demographics throughout the UK. This role is working with our client Kent and Medway NHS contract.
About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and experienced Water Hygiene Supervisor to join our team in Kent. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for overseeing, guiding, and supporting all water operations, operatives, and contractors working across Mears and client sites. Your primary focus will be ensuring that all water installations are safe, fully compliant, and pose no risk to building users, the public, our clients, or Mears employees. This role is managing a small team and being hands on alongside the operatives.

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
