Salary: Up to £38,512.00 per annum, plus company van & fuel card
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8–5, Monday–Friday)
We’re currently looking for a skilled and qualified Repairs & Maintenance Electrician to join our team. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned electrical repairs across occupied domestic properties.
This role is ideal for an electrician who enjoys problem-solving, working in people’s homes, and delivering a high-quality, customer-focused repairs service.
About the Role
You’ll play a vital role in maintaining the safety, compliance, and comfort of residents’ homes. Working across our housing stock, you’ll complete day-to-day reactive repairs, planned maintenance tasks, and occasional minor installation works.
With a strong pipeline of work and an established presence in the area, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team that makes a real difference to local communities. We’re looking for someone reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent workmanship and customer care.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged 21 or over, have held your licence for at least 3 months, and have fewer than 9 points.
