Facilities Manager – Hard Services
Livingston
Permanent, Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary up to £40,000 plus company car
About the role:
We are looking for a Facilities Manager – Hard Services to join our team in Livingston. Your main duties will be to ensure that the service provided to the facilities meets the contract specification and is managed in a compliant and safe manner. The main role will be to manage the personal, supervisors, FMA’s, the day to day job stacks as well as subcontractor engagement.
Role Criteria:
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
