About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dependable General Operative to join our Estate Management team. This is a driving-based, mobile role, requiring travel between multiple estates and locations throughout the working day using a company vehicle. The role is hands-on and varied, combining practical estate maintenance duties with customer service and teamwork. You will be responsible for maintaining communal and external areas to a high standard, ensuring estates remain safe, clean, and well-presented for residents.

As part of the recruitment process for this role, we will carry out Background, Identity, Security clearance and BPSS checks. To complete these checks, you will be required to provide relevant identification, including proof of address, references, a valid passport, and proof that you have lived in the UK for the last 5 years.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged 21 or over, have held your driving licence for a minimum of 3 months, and have fewer than 9 points.
