Maintenance Technician
Location: Coatbridge
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 08.00-16.30

Role Responsibilities:
As part of our local team, you’ll carry out high-standard general repairs and refurbishment activities to high rise buildings, ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency in all you do. This varied role includes:
General property repairs and maintenance
Maintenance of water pump houses
Upkeep and servicing of launderettes and ventilation systems within our housing portfolio
You’ll play a key role in keeping our residents’ homes safe, comfortable, and well maintained — while delivering a “best in class” customer experience.
Carry out construction, fault-finding, and maintenance repairs to a high standard and on schedule.
Deliver a first-time fix approach wherever possible.
Ensure customers are at the heart of every task, maintaining professionalism, safety, and respect at all times.
Use your PDA device to manage work orders, timesheets, and photographic evidence of completed tasks.
Manage and maintain van stock and company assets in line with company policy.
Attend meetings and training sessions as required and participate in call-out cover when needed.
Key Criteria:
Good communication and numeracy skills
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and use a PDA (training provided)
Full, clean UK driving licence
Commitment to working safely, efficiently, and to high standards
Previous experience in mechanical or gas servicing
