Full-time – Permanent, 42.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role:
As a Multi Skilled Operative you will be responsible for carrying out a high standard of multi-trade repairs and refurbishment works across our housing properties. You will deliver best in class customer service whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards. The ideal candidate will be reliable, well-organised, and possess strong time management skills.
Role Criteria:
Extensive experience in a multi-trade
Full UK Driving License
Ownership of basic tools
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks either before or upon commencement of employment.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
