About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Operative to support the delivery of high-quality refurbishment and maintenance works on pre-tenanted (void) properties. You will carry out a variety of tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, tiling of kitchens and bathrooms, easing and fitting doors, as well as patchwork or full redecoration. You’ll be responsible for bringing properties up to void standard, ensuring all works are completed efficiently and to a high professional standard.

You’ll take ownership of construction, fault finding, and maintenance repairs with a focus on first-time completion, whilst working within time and budget constraints.
