Project Coordinator
Brechin – Office based
Salary up to £30,000 per annum plus commercial vehicle and fuel card
Full time – Permanent, 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday
About the Role:
Due to a new contract win we are looking at hiring a Project Coordinator to join our team in Brechin. This role will be part of a local team supporting high standard Project Coordination for Planned Work activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards. The main duties will include producing surveying programme, completing all the lettering for surveys, taking phone calls and emails regarding changes of appointment and cancellations. This role will be also working closely with the contract manager in terms of install programmes.
Role Criteria:
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
