Full-time – Permanent, 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role:
As a Caretaker you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of caretaking works across our housing block properties. This includes delivering best in class customer service whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards. The ideal candidate will be pro-active, dedicated, hardworking, and possess good time management and communication skills.
Key duties include:
Unblocking drains
Changing handles & locks
Cleaning communal areas internal/external
Performing annual deep cleans
Basic maintenance
Performing PPM’S
Use of a PDA handheld device
Role Criteria:
Previous experience in school caretaking
Experience conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM’s)
Cleaning experience
A basic understanding of maintenance
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable: Ownership of basic tools, Full UK Driving License.
