About the Role:
As a project Co Ordinator you will be responsible for the organisation and ongoing development of the planned works programme in line with all client requirements. A key aspect of the position involves ordering and scheduling materials for installation, arranging asbestos reports, and regularly updating the programme of works to reflect the evolving needs of the client. This role demands close day-to-day coordination with the client, site teams, and internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is essential for maintaining accurate property lists, tracking programme progress, and supporting the Project Manager in the planning and scheduling of works. The role also includes monitoring and reporting on KPI performance to meet contractual and operational targets, contributing to overall service efficiency. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and customer service support to both Site and Commercial teams, while ensuring a high standard of health and safety compliance and professional communication with service users and stakeholders. Flexibility is essential, as the role includes providing cover for other project staff, attending internal and client meetings, and always adhering to company policies and procedures.
