Full time 08.00-4.30 Monday to Friday, offering a salary of £52,050.60, plus a company car or car allowance and great company benefits.

We are looking to strengthen our workforce by appointing a Senior Contract Manager to oversee the works in the South Lanarkshire area, ensuring that no work is left unturned or delayed.

About the role:
As a Senior Contract Manager will be responsible for a team of highly qualified and dedicated staff, you will have 2 supervisors in your team and the operatives will report into them and an administrator.
The successful Senior Contract Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of contract service delivery at local branch level. Supporting the General Manger on delivery of high quality capital & programmed works.
Ensuring teams operate to Mears defined branch standards and deliver best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards relating to budget, profitability and resource deployment.
