Supervisor

Cottenham – Cambridge

Full Time, Permanent 42.5 Hours per week.

Salary up to £40,022.93 + Company Van and fuel card.

About the role:

As a supervisor you will oversee the operational supervision of the Repairs and Maintenance (R&M) team, ensuring maximum productivity and profitability through effective resource utilization and planning. You will conduct site visits to monitor work delivery, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of customer service. Additionally, you will manage team performance, provide technical advice, and implement training programs. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining company assets, adhering to company policies and procedures, and providing backup to other supervisors as needed. Your goal is to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality service delivery to tenants.

Role Criteria:

  • UK Full driving licence
  • Previous experience in a housing maintenance / construction supervisory role
  • IT literate – Microsoft
  • Health and safety knowledge and experience in carrying out safety checks.
  • Previous experience in social housing.
