Full Time, Permanent 42.5 Hours per week.
Salary up to £34,680 + Company Van and fuel card.
With 30 years of delivering market-leading repairs, refurbishment, fire safety and building maintenance services, Mears is trusted to deliver in excess of 6,000 housing repairs daily to a portfolio of more than 1,000,000 homes nationwide.
About the role:
As a working foreman, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. You’ll also be supporting the supervisor by managing a small team, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that everyone is working effectively
Role Criteria:
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
