Assistant Building Surveyor
Aberdeenshire – field based
Salary up to £28,500 per annum plus commercial vehicle and fuel card
Full time – Permanent, 42.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday
About the Role:
Due to a new contract win we are looking at hiring an Assistant Building Surveyor to join our team in Aberdeen. This role will be travelling around Aberdeenshire surveying floor plans within Council properties. Part of this role will be identifying any issues within the properties and transferring data back to MCM and the design team.
Role Criteria:
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
