“A desire to make a positive difference wherever we operate has always been at the heart of our business. It was 30 years ago when we were a small maintenance contractor with a single van; and it still is now we are a truly national company”.

About the Role:

The role involves a variety of administrative and support tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business area. Key responsibilities include managing callouts, timesheets, payroll, and MCM job completions to invoicing. Ensuring a professional customer experience is central to the role, requiring effective communication with service users, clients, and stakeholders, while maintaining high standards of health and safety. Collaboration with team members, including administrators, operatives, supervisors, and subcontractors, is essential to deliver efficient and productive services.
