Salary: £40,698+ per annum plus Company van, fuel card, power tools, overtime available.
About the Role
We are seeking an Electrician to join our planned compliance team to carry out electrical work on social housing properties for our Milton Keynes City Council contract. You will be responsible for carrying out EICRs on occupied properties, with any associated remedial work/s. You will also be involved in other installation works some including new & replacement extractor fans, consumer unit upgrades & smoke detection installs.
You will correctly complete all reports to include Electrical certificates and condition reports and will be providing high levels of customer care at all times to our customers.
The basic salary is £40,698 for this role, there is an OOH rota (optional) which can boost earnings to £50,000+.
Key Criteria:
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
