About the Role:
As a Multi Skilled Operative working for Mears Group PLC from our Coatbridge branch you will provide support to our wider team on all refurbishments for void and tenanted properties in the North Lanarkshire area.
We’re currently looking for a qualified and experienced Tiler to join our team in Coatbridge. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering great service to local residents.
You must be experienced in fitting Kitchen tiles and Splash backs, repairing damaged or broken tiles and all general maintenance of kitchens.
Role Criteria:
It would be advantageous if the successful candidate to have social housing experience
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
