Bonus scheme in place paying up to £175 per bathroom/wetroom completed (qualifying standards apply)
Additonal money can be earnt by being on standby for Out Of Hours calls/repairs.

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Bathroom/Wetroom Fitter to join our local team in Exeter you will work alongside Exeter City Council working on our planned works contract.
As a bathroom/wetroom fitter you will be responsible for a range of tasks that ensure the successful installation and maintenance of bathroom fixtures and equipment. Your duties will include removing old units, accurately measuring spaces, and planning the layout according to design specifications. You will install new fixtures such as showers, baths, sinks, and toilets, and handle plumbing tasks like connecting water, sewage, additionally you will also be fitting shower board and need to able to lay tiles on walls ensuring the bathroom's aesthetic appeal. And you must ensure all installations comply with local building codes and safety regulations. You will also be painting, decorating, and ensuring proper ventilation. Being able to patch plaster/skim would be an advantage.
Role Criteria:
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
