About the role:
Due to a recent promotion, we are looking at hiring an Administrator to join our team. As a Administrator within our Inverness branch the main duties will be to provide administration and helpdesk support. This role is central to our communications with Clients, our team and our Subcontractors/ suppliers. The role will be to monitoring the email inbox, raise work tickets, planning reactivates and PPM jobs into operatives dairies, liaising with the management team, taking email and telephone calls from tenants and ensuring jobs are monitored to make sure they aren’t overdue.
Role Criteria:
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
