Electrician

Exeter

Full-Time, Permanent, 42.5 hours per week Monday-Friday

Salary up to £38,760 (up to £45,000 OTE) – company van & fuel card

We provide a tailored rapid-response and planned housing maintenance services to meet the needs of our client Exeter City Council. By focusing on what matters most to them, we deliver an exceptional service while helping to invest in the community within the of City of Exeter.

About the Role:

As an Electrician you will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across Exeter City Council’s portfolio of properties, working from ‘job’ to ‘job’, on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance task. The role will also include installation works to empty properties. Plenty of previous experience will be a benefit and a positive ‘can do’ attitude will be required to excel in this role, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key.

Role Criteria:

  • On the job experience
  • NVQ level 3 – Electrical
  • Test and inspection
  • 18th addition
  • Social housing experience preferable
  • Provide own hand tools
  • Full UK clean driving licence.
