Full time - Permanent – 42.5hrs per week

About the role:
As a Supervisor working closely with the client your duties will include liaising with tenants to select colour choices, schedule works, and conduct inspections upon completion, following occupational health referrals. You will lead a small team of trades operatives, collaborate with client officers, and manage budget sheets and forecasts. Additionally, you will visit residents to address and resolve work requests, produce accurate quotes for various works, and manage void properties from start to completion, ensuring they are ready for new tenants. This role requires strong organisational skills and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
