About the Role:
As a Plasterer working for Mears Group PLC from our Coatbridge branch you will provide support to our client and the tenanted properties we serve in the North Lanarkshire area.
The successful Plasterer will work from a PDA and receive daily notifications of required jobs; these will either have 1 job a day if a Major works or may be multiply repairs if small jobs like patching around a light switch or light fitting.
All works are planned by the clients planning team and you will be expected to work in a tidy manner and leave properties as you find them.
We are looking for someone who has experience with a variety of plastering works to include internal plaster work, full walls, ceilings, skimming, coving and skim coat plastering and repairs.
Role Criteria:
It would be advantageous if the successful candidate to have social housing experience
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
