We are the largest provider of repairs and maintenance, and regeneration services across the UK. Mears provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm’s Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations.
About the role
As a supervisor your role will involve supervising Housing operations to ensure timely completion of works in line with KPIs. Responsibilities include supporting local team activities, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and delivering excellent customer service while meeting safety, quality, and cost standards. You will oversee contract activities for the Rotherham Contract, ensuring productivity and profitability through effective resource planning and site visits.
Key tasks include compiling management reports, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining best practices. You'll manage employee performance, coach, and develop staff, and maintain company assets. Additionally, you'll support policies and procedures, report damages, provide backup for other supervisors, and attend meetings and training sessions as needed.
Key Criteria:

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
