Full time – Permanent, 42.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday
With 30 years of delivering market-leading repairs, refurbishment, fire safety and building maintenance services, Mears is trusted to deliver more than 6,000 housing repairs daily to a portfolio of more than 1,000,000 homes nationwide.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Supervisor to be a part of a local team responsible for the operational supervision of contract activities, ensure compliance and adherence to health and safety regulations, carry out inspections and surveys, and monitor and maintain all supplied company assets, including operative’s vans, van stocks, material purchases, tools, plant hire, uniform and PPE.
Role Criteria:
Desirable: experience as a supervisor and knowledge of PDA and MCM systems.

As part of the recruitment process for this role, we will carry out a DBS & BPSS check, as well as Security Clearance. For these checks to be completed, we will require from you the relevant identification, including Proof of Address, References, a valid passport and proof that you have lived in the UK for the last 5 years.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
